Why:
Target chose to rollback DEI programs in sympathy with the Trump Administration. DEI programs are designed to ensure that people with disabilities and other minorities are not shut out employment opportunities by less qualified white people. One only has to look at the Trump administration to see that unqualified white people have been placed in positions above their ability and disabled veterans and minorities have been summarily fired.

What you can do:
Don’t shop at Target during this time period. Find alternatives.
Call, write emails, letters to the CEO and Board of Directors of Target Stores.
